Vegetarian Seekh Kebab
Vegetarian Seekh Kebab recipe combines the goodness of vegetables like carrots, cabbage, and green peas to make it more palatable by adding potatoes, and spiced rightly. Since these Seekh Kababs are baked in an oven, it is a healthy option than the deep fried ones. Vegetarian Seekh Kabab can be served as a starter along with green chutney, sliced onion and lemon. This serves as a great party starter or as the appetiser for a full-fledged weekend meal.
Ingredients of Vegetable Seekh Kebab
- 1 Tbsp ghee.
- 1 tsp cumin seeds.
- 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic, chopped.
- 1 Tbsp ginger, chopped.
- 2 large carrots, grated.
- 1 cup beans, chopped.
- 1/2 cup grated potatoes.
- 1/2 tsp black pepper.
HOW TO COOK?
Thawing of product not required.
Cook from frozen to get best results.
Preheat oil (max. temperature of 175ºC recommended). Deep fry for 3 minutes to a light golden colour. It is ready to cook further as per the recipe.
Preheat oven 220ºC. Apply oil on both sides of the product. Arrange the product on single layer on baking tray. Bake for 10 min or until crispy brown. Remove and Serve hot.
Can also be cooked in Air Fryer.
